Q.2.I received my passport with a VAF stamp affixed on it. Can I travel to India?
-
No, you cannot travel on VAF (Visa Applied For) stamp on passport. This stamp does not constitute a valid visa and you will not be allowed to enter the Indian Territory.
Please note that the issuance of a visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/Consulate. All visas are issued or denied after careful consideration of each application.
